I am writing to you on behalf of the Dungannon and District Motorcycle Club. The Club intends to hold a Road Race on a circuit comprised of closed roads near to Bush village, Dungannon on 18th & 19th June 2010
We anticipate that this event will attract in excess of 5,000 spectators and over 200 of the top riders in Ireland and the United Kingdom. In 2009 the Club benefitted from the added exposure of appearing on the UTV motorsport programme RPM Roundup. It is anticipated that this year the Club will once again have this opportunity to showcase the race on RPM.
2010 will see the 5th year of the event and will once again be incorporated into the Ulster and Irish road race championships. This year the Club will have the added benefit of being part of the 5 Clubs initiative, a new venture set up by five national road race Clubs to promote and ensure the future of road racing. The five clubs together will be able to bring the road races to a wider audience, which in turn will bring a wider exposure for our sponsors.
The Club is approaching local businesses for support in running this event and we hope that your company will be interested in supporting us. We can offer companies excellent publicity in return for their support. Currently the Club have a number of opportunities in which you can be a part of the Bush Road Races 2010:-
Race Sponsors
We have a few spaces available for race sponsors. Packages are available from £500.00 to £2000.00. For your investment we are able to offer you full page ads in the programme, Invitations to and advertising at all press launches and if available banners can be placed around certain parts of the race circuit. Race Sponsors can also benefit from photo opportunities, which can be arranged with our press liaison officer and sent to all local, press and will be showcased on the Race website.
Safety Bales
Can be sponsored for a three-year deal. if your company wishes to sponsor a safety bale with your company logo then we will ensure that the bale is positioned in a prominent position where your company advert will obtain the maximum exposure, cost of bale £650, companies will also be required to pay for their logos.
Banners
Depending on the size of the banner, we can offer an attractive package for displaying your company banner in prominent locations around the course.
